HON'S - Pot Stickers, 825 Gram
Crispy wing: 100g water
10g flour
2 tbsp dumpling sauce
1 tbsp mushroom oyster sauce
1 tsp chili-garlic
20g oil
Directions

1. Mix water, oil, and flour until smooth.

2. Place dumplings in a pan, pour the mixture over them, cover, and cook until the water evaporates and the bottoms are golden and crispy.

3. Mix the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

4. Serve the dumplings hot with the sauce for dipping.
