Crystal Fruit Zongzi

Ingredients
Strawberries, quartered
Grapes quartered
200g coconut water
7g gelatin powder (or agar-agar)
15–20g sugar
Directions
- Combine coconut water, gelatin powder, and sugar.
- Heat gently until fully dissolved.
- Arrange the fruit inside a 4×6 poly bag.
- Pour in the jelly mixture.
- Chill until set.
- Remove from the bag and serve.
Note: Make sure the fruit is completely dry before adding it to the bag. Excess moisture can affect the clarity and appearance of the jelly.
