Ingredients
1.5–2 lb pork shoulder, cut into 1–2 inch thick strips
3 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp five-spice powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the hoisin sauce, honey, soy sauce, oyster sauce, five-spice powder, and garlic. 
  2. Add the pork and coat evenly. Marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for the best flavour. 
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. 
  4. Arrange the pork in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Brush with some remaining marinade.
  5. Cook for 14 minutes, flipping halfway through and brushing with additional marinade after turning. 
  6. The pork should be caramelized on the outside and cooked through. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
