Dried goji berries are a superfood rich in lutein and zeaxanthin, antioxidants that support eye health. Meanwhile, dried red dates (jujubes) are a staple in Chinese soups that add natural sweetness and flavour. They're also high in iron, making them a favourite ingredient for supporting women's health.
