Ingredients
Knox - Pure Gelatin
Watermelon - Mini, Seedless
Watermelon - Whole Seedless
Fresh Mango Pineapple
Mango - Ataulfo
Golden Kiwi - Zespri
Fresh Pomelo - Sweet Red
Fresh Nectarines - White Flesh
Fresh Plumcots
Fine Granulated Sugar - Rogers
Directions

Ingredients

● Your favourite fresh fruits (we used watermelon, pineapple, mango, golden kiwi, pomelo, nectarine, and plumcot)
● 4 packs of Knox Gelatine
● 3 cups of water
● 2–4 tbsp sugar (adjust to your preferred sweetness)

Directions

  1. In a stove pot, prepare the gelatin according to the package instructions. We used 4 packs of Knox Gelatine.
  2. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved and the mixture is clear.
  3. Let the gelatin mixture cool for a few minutes and put it in the fridge for about 15 mins
  4. Add your chopped fruits into popsicle molds.
  5. Pour the gelatin mixture into the molds, making sure the fruits are fully covered.
  6. Place the popsicle molds in the fridge for 4–6 hours, or until the jello is completely set.
  7. Enjoy a refreshing and fruity summer treat!
