Ingredients
2 lb pork spare ribs, cut into individual ribs
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
½ tsp Chinese five-spice powder
¼ tsp black pepper
Optional garnish:
Sesame seeds
Sliced green onions
Directions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, honey, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, five-spice powder, and black pepper.  
  2. Add the ribs until well coated, marinate for at least 30 minutes (overnight is better).
  3. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  4. Cook in the air fryer at 375°F for 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway. Brush with extra glaze during the last 5 minutes.
