1½–2 lb thick-cut fresh pork belly
3 tbsp HaePyo Korean BBQ Bulgogi Sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin

Directions
- Place the pork belly in a large bowl.
- Add the black pepper, chili powder, ground cumin, and HaePyo Korean BBQ Bulgogi Sauce. Mix until the pork is evenly coated.
- Marinate for at least 1 hour. For even better flavour, refrigerate overnight.
- Heat a skillet, grill pan, or barbecue over medium-high heat. Cook the pork belly for 10–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve with steamed rice, lettuce wraps, or your favourite side dishes.
