Ingredients
1½–2 lb thick-cut fresh pork belly
3 tbsp HaePyo Korean BBQ Bulgogi Sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
Optional Garnish
Sliced green onions
Sesame seeds
Directions
  1. Place the pork belly in a large bowl.
  2. Add the black pepper, chili powder, ground cumin, and HaePyo Korean BBQ Bulgogi Sauce. Mix until the pork is evenly coated.
  3. Marinate for at least 1 hour. For even better flavour, refrigerate overnight.
  4. Heat a skillet, grill pan, or barbecue over medium-high heat. Cook the pork belly for 10–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve with steamed rice, lettuce wraps, or your favourite side dishes.
