Frozen dumplings (8-10)
Soy sauce

1 cup water
A pinch of salt
Directions
- Lightly oil a deep heat-safe plate or bowl. Crack the eggs into the dish, add the water and a pinch of salt, and whisk until well combined.
- Arrange the frozen dumplings evenly in the egg mixture.
- Place the dish in a steamer and steam for about 10 minutes, or until the egg custard is set and the dumplings are fully heated.
- Drizzle with soy sauce, vinegar, or chili oil of your choice. Garnish with chopped green onion and serve warm.
