Ingredients
Strawberries, quartered
Grapes quartered
200g coconut water
7g gelatin powder (or agar-agar)
15–20g sugar
Directions
  1. Combine coconut water, gelatin powder, and sugar. 
  2. Heat gently until fully dissolved. 
  3. Arrange the fruit inside a 4×6 poly bag. 
  4. Pour in the jelly mixture. 
  5. Chill until set. 
  6. Remove from the bag and serve. 

Note: Make sure the fruit is completely dry before adding it to the bag. Excess moisture can affect the clarity and appearance of the jelly.
