Ingredients
Dumpling wrappers
½ lb ground pork
1 tbsp soy sauce
¼ cup Western Family chicken broth
1 tsp sesame oil
¼ tsp white pepper
1 tbsp ginger, sliced
2 tbsp green onions, chopped
Chili oil (top)
Black vinegar (dip)
½ tsp sugar
Directions
1. Mix pork, soy sauce, chicken broth, sesame oil, sugar, white pepper, sliced ginger, and green onions.
2. Line a ramekin with dumpling wrappers.
3. Add the pork filling.
4. Cover with another dumpling wrapper layer.
5. Steam about 15 minutes.
6. Spoon out, top with chili oil, and garnish with extra ginger and green onions.
7. Dip in black vinegar and enjoy.
