Made by combining eggs and soy extract. This is the only product made by Sunrise that is not vegan. It is rich in flavor and has a smooth texture. Slice and pan fry each side on medium heat for 2-3 minutes for a nutritious protein packed snack. It also works steamed and served with some soy sauce.
