Ingredients
2.5–3 lbs boneless beef short rib roast (cut into 3–4 large chunks)
1/2 cup Only Goodness Organic Chicken & Rib BBQ Sauce
1/4 cup Western Family apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp Western Family brown sugar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional for heat)
Salt + pepper to taste
Directions

1.        Preheat oven to 325°F.

2.        Generously rub chunks with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and chili flakes if using.

3.        Sear the chunks on all sides in a splash of oil until browned (about 5–7 min total).

4.        In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire, and garlic.

5.        Place the chunks in an oven proof dish, add the sauce, cover the dish and roast for 2.5hrs.

6.        Preheat your BBQ to medium-high.

7.        Brush the cooked roast with extra BBQ sauce and grill for 2–3 mins per side to caramelize and add smoky char.

8.        Shred or slice before serving.

Serve It With:

  • ·        Grilled peach slices or pickles
  • ·        Eat with buns, tacos, or lettuce wraps
  • ·        Bonus: Sprinkle with crispy onions or fresh herbs for crunch
